Nicole G. Speciale

Nicole G. Speciale is a seasoned sustainability professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Sustainability at Petco since August 2024. Previously, at thinkPARALLAX, Nicole specialized in ESG strategy services for Fortune 500 clients from October 2022 to August 2024. Nicole's expertise in sustainability reporting was further developed at Anthesis Group, where responsibilities included creating templates for annual reports and conducting materiality assessments. A background in corporate social responsibility and marketing communications was built during the tenure at KLA. Earlier roles include consulting for technology due diligence at Palo Alto Strategy Group and contributing as an Associate Analyst at Aragon Research. Nicole began an independent tutoring business in 2011 and later worked in academia as a Research Assistant and Peer Educator at Santa Clara University. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Santa Clara University and has additional academic credentials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and West Valley College.
