Sergio Henriquez

Sergio Henriquez is an experienced construction manager currently serving as the Northeast Region Construction Manager for Petco since January 2019. Prior to this role, Sergio held various positions at SBLM Architects from April 2004 to December 2018, including Project Manager and Job Captain. Additional experience includes serving as Job Captain at Highland Associates from 2001 to 2004 and at Mullman Seidman Architects from 1997 to 2001. Sergio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Pratt Institute, completed between 1995 and 1999, and an Associate Degree of Applied Sciences in Architectural Technology from New York City Technical College, earned from 1992 to 1994.
