Vanessa Seibert

Vanessa Seibert has a robust career in retail management, currently serving as the Manager of Business Projects for Strategic Initiatives at Petco since November 2008. In this role, Vanessa leads strategic and process improvements through project and change management. Previous positions at Petco include Retail Selling Experience Manager, where Vanessa fostered cross-functional partnerships for sales training initiatives, and Program Manager for PetCoach, implementing national training programs. As a Store Leader, Vanessa successfully improved the operations of high-revenue stores through staff development and management. Earlier, at Target, Vanessa held several roles, culminating in the position of Executive Team Leader for Hardlines, where oversight of a 100-member team focused on enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency was a key responsibility. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Fresno, and an Associate's Degree from Merced Community College District.
