Mark Purcell

Mark Purcell is an experienced Contact Centre Manager with a strong background in sales and retention, currently leading the Sales/Retention Department at Petcover since June 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, implementing process improvements, coaching staff, and managing escalated queries. Prior experience includes serving as the Domestic Travel Team Leader at Jetpets Animal Transport and over 15 years at IAG in various roles, including Claims Team Manager, where Mark successfully managed a large team, improved customer retention, and drove operational support initiatives. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Ballarat.
