Melanie Federau has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles in reputable organizations such as Petcurean, First Nations Education Steering Committee, and Vancouver Aquarium. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
