Mikala Glaza

Mikala Glaza is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in marketing and event planning, currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Pete Fowler Construction since May 2020. In this role, Mikala also holds positions as Campaign Manager and Diversity and Inclusion Subject Matter Expert, focusing on connecting the community with construction experts through engaging events. Previously, Mikala worked at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as Front Desk Staff, enhancing guest experiences at Marriott's Grand Chateau. Additionally, Mikala has experience as an Art Camp Instructor at Friends School of State College, leading creative activities for children, and as a Learning Group Leader at Outdoor School, where engaging science lessons were delivered in an outdoor setting. Mikala holds a Bachelor's degree in Leisure and Recreational Activities from Penn State University.
