Dustin Smith is a seasoned professional in retail merchandising and buying, currently serving as a Senior Buyer at Peter Glenn Ski and Sports since February 2020. With extensive experience from Massey's Professional Outfitters, where Dustin held roles as Director of Merchandise and Senior Buyer, responsibilities included planning seasonal merchandise strategies, managing buying teams, and overseeing inventory and visual merchandising. Prior to that, Dustin gained valuable expertise as Store Manager and Assistant Buyer, and previously worked at Gap Inc. as an Associate Store Manager, focusing on sales management and visual merchandising. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Louisiana State University, earned between 2010 and 2017.
