David Walsh

David Walsh currently serves as the Director of Communications (Media and Content) at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre since August 2022, having previously held the role of Deputy Director of Communications. Prior experience includes serving as Media and Communications Manager at Austin Health from November 2018 to July 2022, and Media Manager at Melbourne Water from June 2017 to October 2018. David's extensive background at VicForests spanned from January 2010 to June 2017, where roles included Director of External and Government Relations and various communications positions. Additionally, David was a Board Member at Timber Communities Australia Ltd from November 2015 to June 2017 and worked as Media and Public Affairs Manager at Northern Health from January 2008 to December 2009. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from RMIT University.
