Geraldine McDonald currently serves as the Chair of the COSA Integrative Oncology Group at the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia since August 2024, while also holding the position of Director of Prevention & Wellbeing at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre since July 2016. Geraldine has a strong background in leadership and health strategy, having worked as the Manager of Telehealth Strategy & Development for the Department of Health Victoria from July 2013 to June 2016. Additional experience includes roles on various committees and boards such as the Australasian Telehealth Society, Consumer Engagement Committee at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, and as Chair and Director at Family Planning Victoria. Prior experience includes general management roles at Arthritis Victoria and a senior consulting position at Success Works. Education includes a Master of Public Health from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Women's Health from the University of Melbourne.
