Karen Fox

Karen Fox is Chief Operating Officer at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, and is responsible for overseeing the organisations’ day-to-day operational functions.

Karen has spent more than 30 years as a leader in the health industry, with a focus on corporate and clinical governance in public health services, and brings a depth of knowledge and practical experience to the Peter Mac executive team.

She holds a Masters Degree in Public Health, a Bachelor of Applied Science, and in 2019 earned the Institute of Public Administration Australia’s (IPAA) Top 50 Public Sector Women award in recognition of her demonstrated commitment and dedication as a leader in the public sector.
