Brian Deegan

Brian Deegan has over 30 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Brian currently serves as the Director of Finance at Peter Pennoyer Architects, where they manage accounting, finance, HR, and administration. Brian'sresponsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, project accounting, cash flow management, tax compliance, and regulatory issues. Prior to this, Brian worked as the Controller at Netta Architects LLC, where they managed general ledger, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial statements. Brian also served as the Director of Finance at Spiezle Group, Inc., where they partnered with the CEO in strategic planning and provided financial analysis to the Board of Directors. Brian's experience also includes roles as Controller at Wilshire Enterprises, Inc., Controller at K Hovnanian, and SVP Finance at Kara Homes. Before transitioning to the architectural field, Brian worked at NDB Capital Markets, where they served as the VP of Cash Trading, managing markets in equities and implementing hedging techniques to minimize capital risk.

Brian Deegan completed their high school education at St. Peter's High School from 1978 to 1982, where they pursued a college preparatory curriculum. Afterward, they attended Seton Hall University from 1982 to 1988, studying finance and accounting. Brian obtained both a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree during their time at Seton Hall.
