Sean Martin

VP, Clinical Services, Quality & Health Equity at Peterborough Regional Health Centre

Sean joined Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) in 2013 following 10 years with SickKids hospital. In April 2020, Sean joined the senior leadership team as a Vice President (VP). He previously held the role of Director, Collaborative Practice, Quality and Ethics at PRHC, leading organization-wide quality improvement initiatives, including 24-hour family presence, bedside nursing handover and patient experience rounding.

Sean obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 2000, his diploma in Respiratory Therapy in 2003, and a Master’s degree in Health Administration in 2007. He has pursued additional training and certification, including Collaborative Change Leadership at the University of Toronto, Office of Interprofessional Education, and Community Health Leadership at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.
