Tetiana Bagmet

Tetiana Bagmet is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law, including corporate, contract, civil, commercial, labor, intellectual property, tax law, and currency control regulations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at PETERKA & PARTNERS since October 2015, Tetiana provides comprehensive legal consultancy and supports corporate changes registration. Previously, Tetiana worked as a Corporate Services Consultant at Accace, where responsibilities included project management, legal due diligence, and contract drafting in multiple languages. Tetiana's career also includes a tenure as a Lead Legal Consultant at Erste Bank, focusing on creditor support and litigation representation, as well as experience as a Legal Advisor at The Civil Construction Fund Company, providing legal support for negotiations and contract preparation. Tetiana holds a Master of Laws from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine and a Bachelor of Laws from Chernigiv State Law Institute of Social Technologies and Labour.
