Chad M. Peterman

Chad M. Peterman has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 when they became the Operations Manager at Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, a family-owned service company. In 2016, they were promoted to President & CEO and opened a new location in Columbus, IN. Additionally, in 2012, they became the Principal of JCM Real Estate Investments LLC, specializing in real estate wholesaling and rental unit acquisition. In 2013, Chad also owned BEAST Performance, an athletic training facility for middle and high school athletes. In 2018, they started hosting the podcast "Can't Stop the Growth" to share insights on leadership and Peterman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing's approach to people development. In 2020, they founded Peterman Top Tech Academy.

Chad M. Peterman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Wabash College, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Indianapolis. Chad M. completed their high school education at Roncalli High School in Indianapolis from 2001 to 2005.
