Weston Bryant currently serves as a Field Trainer at Peterman Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, where responsibilities include equipping new hires to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Previously, Weston held the position of Customer Experience Coordinator, focusing on training, trend identification, and complaint resolution to enhance customer satisfaction. As the Founder and Leadership Coach at Commission Leadership, Weston supports churches in leadership development across various domains. With a solid background in ministry leadership from roles such as Director of Sports & Recreation Ministry at Greenwood Christian Church and Southport Presbyterian Church, Weston has successfully managed ministry budgets and developed leaders. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration from Quincy University.
