Matthew Friswell

Matthew Friswell is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Senior Development Chef at Peters Food Service since July 2017, Matthew has progressed from Graduate Development Chef to Development Chef in the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Chef at The New Court Hotel from March 2015 to June 2017, where Matthew focused on creating seasonal dishes with local produce in the vibrant town of Usk. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as a Chef at The Celtic Manor Resort Limited from October 2011 to February 2015. Matthew's foundational education was completed at Fairwater High School from 2006 to 2011.
