Shanna Finklin M.Ed currently serves as an Educational Technology Integrator for Richmond Public Schools since October 2023 and has been a Title I Reading Teacher and Educator at Petersburg City Public Schools since August 2017. Shanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia State University, earned in May 2008, and a Master of Education in Reading Specialist from Averett University, completed in October 2022.
