Annaliese Hughes

Annaliese Hughes has a diverse work experience with a focus on operations and management roles. Annaliese is currently the Group Operations Director at Petersham Nurseries since January 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded DropHop in March 2021. From June 2020 to March 2023, they worked as the Managing Director at Mustang Group. Annaliese also has experience as the Central Operations Director and Operations Manager at Honest Burgers Ltd, from April 2019 to January 2020 and April 2018 to January 2020, respectively. Earlier in their career, they held positions as the Director of Operations and Marketing Director at DELICIOUS DINING LIMITED from September 2016 to April 2018 and September 2009 to September 2016, respectively.

Annaliese Hughes attended the University of Southampton from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature.
