Tariq Khan

Tariq Khan is a seasoned professional in the wine and hospitality industry with a strong track record of roles in prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the Head of Wine at Petersham Nurseries since August 2025, Tariq previously held the position of Private Client Manager at Petersham Cellar from July 2022 to August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Sommelier at The Fat Duck Group, a Private Account Manager at FINE+RARE, and a Senior Wine and Spirits Advisor at Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd. Tariq also served as a Sommelier at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and has managerial experience from Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Tariq's early career includes a reception trainee position at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons and a marketing assistant role at American Express. Tariq graduated with a BBA in Hotel, Hospitality, and Tourism Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education in 2011.
