Karlijn Lippens

Karlijn Lippens has been working in the field of Human Resources for over two decades, starting as an HR professional at Volvo Cars Gent before moving on to become the Chief Human Resources Officer at Petersime. Karlijn holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Antwerp and a Master's degree in Sociology from Ghent University. Karlijn completed their high school education at Sint Bavohumaniora with a focus on Latijn-Grieks.
