Matthew Fiorello

Matthew Fiorello is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, and criminal defense. Currently serving as a Shareholder and Attorney at Peterson Bernard since June 2011, Matthew previously worked as an Associate Attorney at the same firm. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Assistant Public Defender at the Law Office of the Public Defender for the 17th Judicial Circuit from September 2008 to June 2011, where representation was provided to indigent clients in criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies. Matthew earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Clemson University, completed in 2005.
