Izzy Creveling

Izzy Creveling is a seasoned professional in the cheese industry, currently serving as National Account Sales Manager and Cheese Specialist at The Peterson Company since December 2016. With a strong foundation as a Certified Cheese Professional at ACS since August 2014, Izzy has also held significant roles including Cheese Buyer at Whole Foods Market from March 2015 to January 2020, and Cheese Buyer at Open Harvest Grocery until January 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Cheese Steward at Dillon's Grocery from 2010 to 2013 and as a UCARE Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska Lincoln from August 2008 to December 2009. Izzy holds a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and International Studies from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, supplemented by studies at Occidental College in 2006-2007.
