Kimli Cross

Kimli Cross is currently the Vice President of Leasing for Retail at Peterson Companies. Cross has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked as an Executive Vice President for Retail Development Leasing at JLL and a Senior Vice President for Mall Leasing at Vornado Realty Trust. Cross was also the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Arbor Property Trust. In their current role, Cross manages a team responsible for leasing and $100 million expansion/renovation of a million square foot enclosed mall with attached lifestyle center. The master plan includes the addition of a new department store, addition of a new food hall, renegotiation of REAs and approval of additional pad sites.
