Adrian Gioia

Adrian Gioia is a Software Engineer at Peterson Contractors Inc. since May 2023, bringing a diverse background in the culinary arts with extensive experience as a chef in various prestigious establishments. Prior positions include roles as Chef de Cuisine at Larry's Venice Beach and The Local Peasant, as well as Executive Chef at Ladyface Ale Companie, LLC. Additionally, Adrian served as a Consultant/Executive Chef at THE WELLESBOURNE GROUP LIMITED and held Executive Sous Chef positions at Scarpetta, Beverly Hills, and Quinn's. An educational foundation in Mathematics was established with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, supplemented by further training at General Assembly in 2022.
