Caroline Pearson currently serves as Executive Director at both Peterson Health Technology Institute and Peterson Center on Healthcare, alongside holding a Board Member position at SummaCare since November 2015. Pearson is also a Fellow at Nexus Insights, contributing to the advancement of housing and healthcare for older adults, and was a Founding Member of Chief, a women's executive network, until August 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President at NORC at the University of Chicago, where Pearson focused on health care analytics and public/private insurance coverage, and a Senior Advisor role at Sandbox Industries, managing the BlueCross BlueShield Venture Fund.
