Stacie Foster

Stacie Foster has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Stacie started their career in 1997 at Carlsbad Medical Center, where they worked as a Charge Nurse in the Med-surg and Women's Services departments. Stacie then moved to Covenant Medical Center in 2000 as a Staff RN in the Birthing Center, managing high and low-risk obstetric patients.

In 2001, Stacie joined Alice Regional Medical Center as a Charge Nurse before transitioning to Big Bend Regional Medical Center in 2002. At Big Bend, they held two roles: Charge Nurse in the Operating Room and Charge Nurse in Women's Services. In the Operating Room, they provided professional care to patients and managed all cases in the small facility. In Women's Services, they coordinated patient care assignments, provided patient education, and served as a preceptor.

Stacie's next move was to Holy Cross Hospital in 2006, where they worked as a Staff RN in the Pre/Post operative unit. Stacie performed routine duties and collaborated with the Operating Room staff for surgery planning.

Their most recent position is at Peterson Health, starting in 2008. Stacie has held multiple roles at the organization, including Charge Nurse and Assistant Director in Surgical Services, Outpatient Nurse Manager, and Interim Director and current Director of Surgical Services.

Stacie Foster received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Schreiner University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an ADN degree in Registered Nursing from New Mexico State University-Carlsbad between 1995 and 1997. Stacie also attended Eastern New Mexico University in 1994 and West Texas A&M University in 1993, although their degree and field of study during these times are unknown. Additionally, Stacie Foster obtained the certification of Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) from the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN) in 2020.
