Mike Roush

Mike Roush is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and engineering design across various roles in the harness systems industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for the Harness Division at Peterson Manufacturing Co since May 2021, Mike previously held positions as Project Engineer at Maxi-Seal Harness Systems, Inc., and Kansas City Utility Packaging, as well as Assistant Project Manager. Mike's career began at Maxi-Seal Harness Systems, where foundational engineering expertise was developed. Educationally, Mike Roush earned a Bachelor's degree in Drafting Technology from the University of Central Missouri between 1997 and 1999.
