Erin is the Associate Counsel at Peterson Partners. Prior to joining Peterson Partners, Erin was an Associate at the law firm Greenberg Traurig in their Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. Before Greenberg Traurig, Erin was an Associate at Stoel Rives. At these firms, Erin advised companies and investors in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financings, and startups and venture capital. Erin holds a J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
