Paul McKinnon

Paul is a Senior Advisor at Peterson Partners. Prior to joining Peterson Partners, Paul was on the faculty of the Harvard Business School, where he taught courses focusing on the Management of Human Capital. Prior to HBS, he was the Head of HR and Talent Management at Citigroup in New York, NY, and the Head of HR at Dell in Round Rock, TX. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Studies from the Sloan School of Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior and a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University.
