Cheryl Carstens, PMP, PMI-ACP, currently serves as the Manager of Curriculum Development at Peterson's since January 2024. Previously, Cheryl held similar roles at RMC Learning Solutions from February 2016 to April 2024 and at International Dairy Queen from March 2008 to February 2016, where responsibilities included proposing and creating training programs and mentoring new team members. Additional experience includes positions as a Training and Development Specialist at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel and as a Franchise Generalist and Human Resource Administrator at Slumberland Furniture. Cheryl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with an emphasis in Training and Development from Metro State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
