Dana has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Manager for Membership & Lost Pet, Manager of Call Centre Sales, Manager of Training & Quality Assurance, and Team Lead for B2C Call Centre Sales. Prior to joining Pethealth Inc., Dana worked at Bell from 2000 to 2006 as a Call Centre Prime.
