Julie Jones, B.A., IPMA-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Lead HR Analyst at PetIQ since November 2021, where responsibilities include process analysis, improvement, and compliance. As the Owner and Photographer at Idaho Lily Photography since August 2022, Julie focuses on portrait photography in the Treasure Valley, capturing moments for diverse clientele including families and graduates. Previously, Julie worked for the City of Nampa Human Resources from October 2014 to November 2021, managing talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Julie's career began in the U.S. Army and IDARNG from September 1996 to April 2017, serving in roles including Intelligence Analyst and Human Resources NCO. Academically, Julie holds a Master of Business Intelligence from the University of Arkansas Grantham, along with bachelor's degrees in Criminalistics and Biology from the same institution and Boise State University, respectively.
