Jacob Barnes

Jacob Barnes, CSM, currently serves as an IT Implementation Manager at PetIQ since February 2021, following a tenure as a Senior Scrum Master at Blue Cross of Idaho. Barnes has a robust background in agile methodologies, having worked with multiple teams to enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and optimize tools, notably eliminating over $40,000 in unnecessary licensing costs.
