Caitlin Woo Nobles

Caitlin Woo Nobles is an experienced executive in the cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Executive Director of Product Development at Petite 'n Pretty since 2017. In this role, Caitlin oversees all aspects of product development from conception to finished goods, including sourcing, costing, and various testing processes. Additionally, Caitlin has been an instructor in the Fundamentals of Cosmetics at FIDM since June 2020. Previous experience includes positions as Director of Product Development at Stila Cosmetics, where Caitlin managed over 30 products simultaneously and implemented detailed tracking systems, and Product Development Manager at Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics, overseeing new product launches and marketing collaboration across multiple retail environments.
