Lila Sharifian (Leela )

Lila ("Leela") Sharifian has significant experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various companies in the beauty and personal care industry. Lila ("Leela") started working as a CFO at Petite 'n Pretty in May 2019 and continued in this role until now. Lila ("Leela") also served as the CFO for Freck Beauty, Melanin Haircare LLC, and Kinship. In 2023, they joined Danessa Myricks Beauty and Naturopathica as their CFO. Lila is currently a Board Member at AMS Fulfillment, starting from May 2023. Additionally, Lila worked at Stage 1 Financial from May 2019, where they provided strategic, financial, and operational guidance to emerging beauty and personal care brands. Lila ("Leela") has worked with various notable clients during their tenure at Stage 1 Financial, including Saie, Crown Affair, OSEA, Ellis Brooklyn, Hero, and The Beard Club.

Lila ("Leela") Sharifian has a high school diploma from The Kinkaid School. Lila ("Leela") then pursued their undergraduate degree in Finance and Global Analysis at The Wharton School. After completing their undergraduate studies, Lila went on to pursue their MBA at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
