Jack McCree is an IT Support Specialist at Petlab Co. Jack has been with the company since May 2021 and has been instrumental in overseeing the migration of tens of users from Google Suite to Microsoft 365. Jack is a skilled troubleshooter and has a wide range of knowledge in computer software and hardware issues, as well as networking issues. Jack is also responsible for writing and publishing helpful How-to and FAQ guides.
