Jessica Denny has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jessica'smost recent position was as a Content Creation Specialist at PetMeds®. Prior to that, they worked as a self-employed E-Commerce Seller and SEO Content Creator, where they sold custom merchandise on platforms such as Merch by Amazon, Etsy, and Printful.

Jessica also has experience as an Analytics and Business Intelligence Specialist at Richards Paint Mfg Co Inc, where they handled data analysis, database management, and website design. Before that, they worked as an Information Technology Specialist at Florida Institute of Technology, and as an OPS Clerk in the Division of Information Systems Administration Bureau of Service Support at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

In the earlier stages of their career, Jessica worked at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare as a Monitor Technician II/Unit Secretary and as a Patient Care Assistant. In these roles, they supported patient care and performed various clerical duties. Throughout their career, Jessica has shown a commitment to providing excellent customer service and improving patient safety.

In March 2018, they obtained the Help Desk Handbook for End Users: PC Basics, Hardware, Operating Systems and Applications certification from Lynda.com. In February 2017, they received the Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. In November 2016, they obtained the Organizational Behavior Management Certificate from ABA Technologies, Inc., and in August 2016, they earned the 5 Star Customer Service Training Certificate from the Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained the Organizational Behavior Management- OBM Applied! Certification from ABA Technologies, Inc. in June 2016. It is not specified when or where they obtained the Salesforce CPQ Training Course for Beginners certification.
