Jim Powell

Jim Powell serves as the Executive Director of the Petoskey Area Visitors Bureau since December 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including V.P. of Marketing & Communications at Visit Park City and Marketing Director positions at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort and Canyons Resort. Past experience also includes Senior Account Director at Jack Morton Worldwide and SVP/Group Management Supervisor at Campbell-Ewald. Jim began a career in advertising sales at Midland Daily News before completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management and an Associate Degree in Advertising from Northwood University.
