Will Chen

Will Chen has over 15 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2005, they began their professional career as an Operations Research Summer Associate at Z.S. Associates. The following year, they worked as an Operations Consultant at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. In 2007, they became a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney, where they managed sub-workstreams for global supply chain optimization and footprint configuration projects, directed client teams, and collaborated with CEOs and executives. In 2010, they founded P.L.A.Y. Pet Lifestyle And You, a San Francisco-based premium pet accessories company that focuses on designing and making lifestyle and eco-friendly pet bedding, toys, outdoor gear, and other accessories. In 2020, they were appointed Chairperson of the Forbes San Francisco Business Council.

Will Chen began their education in 1995 at Queen's College, followed by Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained their GCE O Level in English, Chinese, Mathematics, A. Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Theirtory, and Geography. Will then attended the University of Michigan from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a M.S.E. & B.S.E in Industrial and Operations Engineering, as well as a Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Management and Operations. In 2010, they earned a Finance Diploma from the University of California, Berkeley in Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Investment Strategy, and Portfolio Management.
