Shane Plummer

Shane Plummer is an experienced professional in organizational development with a strong background in construction management. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Petra, Inc. since July 2021, Shane promotes a culture centered on Teamwork, Integrity, Excellence, and Safety while collaborating with leadership to enhance employee development and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Shane spent over a decade at Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI), where responsibilities included leading the Organizational Development group, focusing on talent acquisition, training, employee retention, and change management, after previously holding positions as Senior Project Manager. Shane's career began as a Project Manager at EMJ General Contractor and as Regional Production Manager at America's Home Place. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
