Rudra Sawant is a Senior Software Developer at PETRA since August 2024, having previously worked at Plotlogic as a Software Engineer and Data Operations Coordinator, where management of overall data operations and development of an ETL data pipeline took place. At The University of Queensland, Rudra contributed as a Software Engineer managing AI applications and as a Research Assistant focusing on data science projects, including computer vision and natural language processing. Prior roles include teaching assistant positions for a machine learning course and software engineering at Persistent Systems, where work involved machine learning models and IBM product development. Rudra holds a Master of Computer Science from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Engineering from Goa Engineering College.
