Peter Schofield, CPA, has held various financial and leadership roles in different companies, including Petra Funds Group, where Peter currently serves as Director. Prior to that, Peter worked at LLM Capital Partners LLC as Chief Financial Officer/Controller and also served as the CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary at L&L Acquisition Corp. Additionally, Peter was the Chief Financial Officer/Controller at Washington & Congress Managers LLC and Triumph Capital Group, Inc. Peter holds degrees from F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
