Elle Meitl

Elle Meitl, P.E. is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the petroleum and construction industries. As the owner of Petro Logistics, LLC since November 2021, Elle oversees operations and project management. Previously, Elle served as a project engineer at ECF, Inc. from November 2018 to December 2021, focusing on construction projects at bulk petroleum storage facilities, including procurement, bidding, and optimizing engineering designs. From July 2015 to November 2018, Elle was a structural detailing project manager at HME, Inc., managing multiple projects, preparing structural calculations, and producing detailed drawings using Tekla software. Early experience includes a role as an administrative assistant for the Association of Modified Asphalt Producers, where Elle organized files and supported the Executive Director. Elle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas.
