Fabricio Benites Soares

Fabricio Benites Soares has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, primarily with Petrobras since November 2005, holding various managerial and engineering roles including General Manager for Refining, Gas and Energy Engineering and Surface Systems Engineering, as well as Project Manager for Chartered FPSOs and P-76 FPSO. Prior to Petrobras, Fabricio worked as a Project Engineer at Pirelli and as a Mechanical Designer at W-TECH Consultoria. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from FGV, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande, and further studies in Equipment Engineering at Universidade Petrobras, alongside technical training in Industrial Design at Escola Técnica Federal de Pelotas. Additionally, Fabricio pursued incomplete master's studies in Mechanical Engineering at COPPE/UFRJ.
