Monique Benati has extensive experience in leadership development, internal communications, and planning communication strategies, with a career spanning over two decades, primarily at Petrobras since July 2006. At Petrobras, Monique has focused on leadership development initiatives, particularly in diversity mentoring, and has managed talent capabilities within the Information Technology and Telecommunications sector. As a communications planning expert, Monique has successfully led projects involving branding, stakeholder engagement, and multichannel content production. Monique's educational background includes a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from UERJ, alongside various certifications in project management and coaching.
