Nicolau Rizzo

Nicolau Rizzo is an experienced Naval Architect and Structural Engineer, currently employed at Petrobras since May 2010. Prior to this role, Nicolau worked as a researcher at COPPE / UFRJ from February 2008 to May 2010. Nicolau holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Ocean Engineering from COPPE / UFRJ, focusing on the instability analysis of flexible pipe armour wire using finite element methods, and a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), completed in 2007, with a specialization in submarine structures.
