Pablo Gomes

Pablo Gomes is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in subsea engineering and management at Petrobras, where roles have included Gerente de P&D para Dutos Submarinos and Subsea Training Manager. Expertise encompasses overseeing engineering projects for the Mero field and managing training initiatives for new employees in the subsea area. Previously, Pablo held managerial positions at Gerdau S.A., leading maintenance teams and optimizing performance through strategic projects. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia, an MBA in Business Management from Unijorge, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
