Rafael de Jesus

Rafael de Jesus has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically at Petrobras since September 2008, where roles have included Drilling Rigs Acceptance, Performance and Technology Manager, Senior Innovation Manager, and Head of Corporate Innovation Labs. In these positions, Rafael has managed R&D and innovation programs, developed governance models, and accelerated technology development through partnerships with startups. Additional responsibilities have included overseeing digital transformation initiatives and leading change management for innovation teams. Rafael's career also includes leadership in offshore operations and a foundational role as an IT Technician at Wittel. Academically, Rafael holds a LEAD Business Program degree from Stanford University and advanced degrees in Digital Signal Processing and Electronic Engineering from Brazilian institutions.
