Rodrigo Costa Lima e Silva

Rodrigo Costa Lima e Silva is the Chief Refining & Natural Gas Officer. Holding an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Salvador Catholic University, he holds a master's in Business Administration from IBMEC, and an MBA in Corporate Finance from FGV. He has worked at Petrobras for 15 years, having held several managerial roles in the Exploration & Production, Gas & Power, and Strategy areas. He served as the chairman of the Board of Directors of a few of Petrobras’ subsidiaries. He had been serving as the Executive Manager for Gas and Power since 2019.
