Thais Eleuterio Ribeiro de Oliveira

Thais Eleuterio Ribeiro de Oliveira has extensive experience in project management and digital transformation, currently serving at Petrobras since October 2018 in roles focused on continuous improvement and agility within the Centro de Serviços Compartilhados. Thais has led initiatives such as the Libra Digital program, aimed at enhancing strategy and processes through digital technologies. Prior to Petrobras, Thais worked at AMAZUL as an Analista de Recursos Humanos and at Mongeral Aegon, where responsibilities included acting as a Product Owner and managing project reports and e-commerce development as an Analista de projetos and Direct Marketing Intern. Thais holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro, an MBA in Human Resources from ESAB, and a Técnico degree in Management from ETE João Luiz do Nascimento.
